BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC)- A new art exhibit is opening up at the Birmingham Art Museum this weekend, and the public will have a chance to take a sneak peak Friday, June 22.
Warhold and Cars: An American Icon detail artist Andy Warhol's fascination with cars as symbols of American consumerism. More than 40 photographs, paintings, sculptural models and other related works make up the exhibit.
The sneak peak will be held Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. starting with a lecture and concluding with access to the exhibit. Admission is free to members and $25 for non-members.
